• Any Graduate – Any Specialization & B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
• Freshers/Experience (0 to 3 years)
• Should have an excellent communication skills both written & Spoken
• Will be added advantage if candidate has previous work experience in chat or emailing process
• Good knowledge of Telecom industry especially in ISP domain.
• Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays ), based on business needs
